Failed to load the launcher DLL - The specified procedure could not be found

STEP:1
locate your Counter-Strike : Source folder, in the directory below:
//steam/steamaps/[your log in name]/counter-strike source/

STEP:2
Then, open up the "bin" folder in your "counter-strike source" folder, and select all of the files in it.

SETP:3
Finally, go back to your "counter-strike source" folder, and press CTRL+V, or right click and paste.

Follow same for any other STEAM / VALVE games.
