I can't install BF2 because the installation crashes every time!

Uninstall BF2 and any booster packs then, reboot. Run a registry cleaner and then navigate to C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information and delete the folder {50D4CB89-AF34-4978-96DC-C3034062E901}. If you dont see that folder make sure you can view hidden folders by clicking on Tools>Folder Options>View (tab) and check View Hidden Files and Folders.
